More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight process.
